1. Choose this workflow

Export a flat collection of records as a table. The output includes every key found across the records, with blank cells for missing or null values.

2. Prepare your input

Use a JSON array of flat objects with scalar properties. Flatten nested objects and arrays first. Keep identifiers as strings.

3. Follow a worked example

[{"name":"Asha","city":"Mumbai"},{"name":"Sam"}] creates name and city columns; Sam’s city cell is blank.

4. Check the result

Compare the output with the example and original. Check punctuation, case, spacing, line order and identifiers where relevant. Use the available copy or download action and inspect the result in the receiving application. Retain the source until the change is verified.

5. Can I convert nested objects?

This tool rejects nested objects and arrays. Flatten them into separate columns first. When opening untrusted CSV in spreadsheet software, inspect values that could be interpreted as formulas.

6. Recover from an error

Try the small example first. Read the error message and check syntax and the selected operation. If output differs from your intention, return to the original and change one setting at a time. Formatting and conversion do not validate the meaning of data.

Try the workflow

Start with a small example and check the result before using your own data.
