Combine related documents into one PDF. Files appear in the selected order; Move up changes that order before export.
2. Prepare your input
Select PDFs and arrange their file order before export. Keep originals and check output page count and export limitations.
3. Follow a worked example
A three-page report followed by a two-page appendix creates a five-page PDF with the appendix at the end.
4. Check the result
Download and open the saved copy in your usual viewer. Compare it with the example and original: check dimensions, order, orientation and legibility where applicable. Extract ZIP exports and inspect their members. Keep your original until the output is checked.
5. Are forms and signatures preserved?
These page-copy operations do not preserve digital signatures, bookmarks, or interactive form behavior. Encrypted documents are unsupported. Keep the originals and inspect the exported file.
6. Recover from an error
Read the file-type, size and processing limits on the tool page. An extension alone does not prove a file is valid. Try a small supported file or re-export from the source app. Protected or corrupt documents may need an authorized replacement. A successful click alone does not prove the saved copy is usable.
Try the workflow
Start with a small example and check the result before using your own data.
