Previews and page-image exports follow the annotation appearance choice above; comment text and interactive behavior are not exported into images. Up to 200 output files / 100 MB total for ZIP batches.
How to use
Load the PDF, select the pages to keep, move and rotate them, then create your document. Use Undo/Redo to recover edits, or reset the page arrangement before exporting.
When to use Visual PDF Organizer
Select the pages to keep, arrange their order, and apply clockwise quarter-turn rotations with original-page previews.
Practical example
For a three-page document, move page 3 to the beginning, deselect page 2, then export pages 3 and 1. Reset order and rotations restores your original selection.
Are pages converted into screenshots?
No. The PDF output copies original page content without rasterizing it. Preview thumbnails are only for navigation. Signatures, bookmarks, forms and accessibility tags are not preserved or guaranteed; keep originals.
