Reorder PDF Pages
Rearrange pages using your chosen page sequence.
Processed on your device. Your files and text are not uploaded.
Pages start at 1. Your order is preserved; repeated numbers duplicate pages.
Up to 20 files, 50 MB total, and 1,000 output pages. Encrypted PDFs are unsupported. Page operations do not preserve signatures, bookmarks, or interactive form behavior; keep your originals.
How to use
Select your document files, choose any page settings, then download the new PDF. For merge, use Move up to arrange files.
When to use Reorder PDF Pages
Build a new document from an explicit sequence of PDF pages. Omitted pages are left out and repeated numbers duplicate pages.
Practical example
For a three-page document, 3,1,2 moves the last page to the front. Use 1-3 to retain the original sequence.
Do page numbers refer to printed labels?
No. They refer to physical page positions starting at 1. If a PDF has a cover or Roman-numeral introduction, count those pages too.
